Security
Davos during WEF is a high-security environment with its own rules. We coordinate licensed security personnel for venues and events, access control for invitation-only formats, and liaison with local authorities and, where applicable, your corporate security team. Personal protection details are arranged with specialized Swiss partners.
Logistics
Freight and material logistics into Davos in January — branding elements, technology, furniture, catering equipment — require slot planning, winter transport and storage capacity. We manage the chain from your warehouse to the finished venue and back, including customs handling for international shipments.

Yes. We plan shifts across the full Forum week, including early mornings, late evenings and standby capacity.
Do your staff speak English?
Yes — English is the working language of WEF; our teams are multilingual (typically English, German, French; other languages on request).
Can you provide security for a private event?
Yes. Licensed security personnel, access control and guest-list enforcement for private formats are part of our standard WEF operations.
Can you ship and store our event material?
Yes. We organize transport to Davos, interim storage, on-site handling and return logistics, including customs for international freight.
How early should we book staffing and logistics?
Experienced WEF staff are scarce and booked months ahead. Confirm staffing and freight when your venue and format are fixed — ideally by autumn 2026.
