Beds are the scarcest resource in Davos during the World Economic Forum. We secure Davos WEF hotel rooms and premium alternatives — apartments, chalets and villas in Davos and Klosters — and manage the entire allocation for your delegation, 18–22 January 2027.
Accommodation categories we manage
- Hotel rooms in various categories, from business standard to first class, in Davos and Klosters
- Serviced apartments for teams that need workspace and flexibility
- Chalets and villas for leadership groups — privacy, meeting space and in-house hospitality in one
- Room blocks for larger delegations, contracted under one agreement
More than booking: accommodation management
During WEF week, accommodation is a logistics project. We handle contracting and deposits, rooming lists and name changes, arrival and departure coordination with your transfer schedule, on-call support during the week, and check-out reconciliation — one contact for your travel office instead of a dozen landlords.
Davos or Klosters?
Davos means walking distance to the Congress Centre and the Promenade; Klosters, 15–20 minutes away, often offers better availability and value, with shuttle logistics we organize. We advise per delegation, not per brochure.

Frequently asked questions
Do you arrange hotel rooms for executives?
Yes — that is our core WEF service. We source and contract Davos WEF hotel rooms and manage allocation, changes and support throughout the week.
Are apartments, chalets and villas available as alternatives?
Yes. Especially for groups, a chalet or villa in Davos or Klosters often beats scattered hotel rooms: more privacy, meeting space and flexible hosting.
Can you accommodate a full delegation under one contract?
Yes. We build room blocks across properties and consolidate them into one agreement with one invoice structure.
What if our headcount changes after booking?
We negotiate name-change and reduction terms upfront and manage rooming-list updates for you. Conditions depend on each property’s WEF policy.
How early should we book WEF accommodation?
Immediately. Accommodation is the first thing to sell out in Davos; serious options for WEF 2027 are being contracted now.
